My husband and I love to take pictures. We are both inspired by the beauty of God's creation, light and color, depth and majesty of the world that surrounds us. And I'm inspired by the love I have for my home city, my children, my grandchildren, and my great-grandchild. We have also photographed many different subjects, scenes, and moments in our travels.
I love how water shots can vary from the serene to calm a soul, to the crashing waves that bring fear on the unaware.
There is no lack of inspiration around every corner.
The events of 2020 and 2021 halted most of our travel plans. We are not sure when we will take to the road again, but when we do... my camera will be ready to shoot. Here we are mid-March 2022, masks mandates are coming down in many places, but we continue to remain cautious.
As 2023 comes to an end we find ourselves so thankful for God's blessings, His mercy, and His grace. This year had challenges that we had never encountered. My health took a slight beating, but God has been merciful. To God be the glory.
We are surrounded both by natural beauty and interesting people. I use my camera to document the world and then print images with a focus on the magic I find in daily life. My pictures tell my stories.
